About Home Grown Harvesting
Home Grown Harvesting delivers fresh vegetables grown in our own garden. Our produce is not certified organic, however we do not use chemical sprays or synthetic chemicals in our growing practices.
Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Product prices do not include delivery fees. Delivery fees are added at checkout.
Fresh Produce

Our produce is grown naturally and may have minor imperfections.

If your produce is clearly damaged or spoiled on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
-
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, refunds or replacements are assessed case by case.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require photos.

We deliver to the following postcodes only:
3875 (Banksia Peninsula, Bengworden, Bairnsdale, Broadlands, Bullumwaal, Calulu, Clifton Creek, Deptford, East Bairnsdale, Eastwood, Ellaswood, Fairy Dell, Flaggy Creek, Forge Creek, Goon Nure, Granite Rock, Hillside, Iguana Creek, Lucknow, Melwood, Newlands Arm, Ryans, Sarsfield, Tabberabbera, Walpa, Waterholes, Wuk Wuk, Wy Yung),
3878 (Eagle Point), 3880 (Paynesville), 3882 (Nicholson), 3885 (Bruthen and Tambo Upper), 3903 (Swan Reach), and 3865 (Lindenow). -
Orders must be placed with a delivery address within these postcodes. Orders outside these areas cannot be delivered.

Deliveries occur on the delivery day and time sent to you after your order has been confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, or operational needs.

If a delivery is unable to take place due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be provided.

This refund applies only where Homegrown is unable to complete the delivery. It does not apply if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery or provides incorrect delivery information.
Cancellation & Charges

Orders may be changed or cancelled before packing begins.

Once packing has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibilities & Risk

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

Once the produce has been delivered and leaves our care, Home Grown Harvesting accepts no responsibility for the ongoing freshness, storage, or condition of the produce.

Once delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
